WHO IS OZARK RIVER WALKERS? ORW was founded by two outdoor enthusiasts that love the Ozark’s waterways in Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas, right outside Springfield, MO It all started when we were on a two-day paddleboarding adventure on the Jacks Fork River in the heart of the Ozark National Scenic River Way. We were sitting on a gravel bar listening to a crackling fire and watching as a full moon rose over Chalk Bluff. We both agreed that everyone needs to experience something like this once in their life. We began working on an inflatable stand-up paddleboard design that would be durable and rugged enough to withstand and perform well enough on the rivers that we enjoy paddling. However, even with the most solid SUPs, they would not be anything without clean and safe waterways. So, we began to work with other organizations to preserve our scenic river ways as well as surrounding lands. For that reason, a percentage of all paddleboard sales will go to local organization
