Myanmar’s ousted leader Aung San Suu Kyi sentenced to 4 years in prison

Myanmar’s ousted leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been sentenced to four years in prison, the first in a series of verdicts that could see her jailed for life. She was found guilty on charges of inciting dissent and breaking COVID-19 rules. Former president Win Myint has been handed the same sentence.
