[Arknights WIP] Typhon in CC#12 feels so illegal

Typhon’s Eternal Hunt skill is a unique skill that allows her to attack a target even after it leaves her range. This makes it a very good skill for dealing with enemies that are difficult to pin down or for taking down high-priority targets that are trying to escape.
