TFW Ladder Warmup Challenge:
Want some stronger feet? Give this warmup a shot and your calves will thank you later.
Choose 6 ladder drills. Repeat each drill down and back through one half ladder for 12 total passes. Then repeat that circuit for as many passes as you can in 8 minutes. Use good form only.
Safety Note: For the first few times you try this, going barefoot might not be the best idea. Also make sure you are on a good surface that is not too rigid.
