Fin Heesom becoming WAKO WORLD CHAMPION 2023 in -74kg Men’s LC Kickboxing. Making history by becoming the first Team GB male to ever win the Men’s -74kg section and the fourth male to ever win this title in LC from Great Britain. Fin won all fights unanimously (3-0) and performed with dominance in both flare and scorability, irrespective of sustaining a severe injury to his coccyx 5 weeks out of the competition, seeing Fin only able to have 2 days of training prior to the championships and seeing Fin have to adapt in fighting style due to the restriction to his renowned kicking flare and style.
