It was formed in 1965 by drummer Jack Boessneck, guitarist Tom Brehm and organist John Hall under the name “The Mortycyans“, then in 1968 they became known as “Sunrise“ (they released a single). In 1969, the name changed to “Dragonwyck”, vocalist Bill Pettijohn, keyboardist Ken Staab, bassist Michael Gerchak came... The debut long-play “Dragonwyck” (a mixture of “The Doors” and “Moody Blues”) was released in 1970 in the amount of 85 copies... In In 1972, the album “Chapter 2” was released. The composition changed again... In 1974, the album “Fun” was recorded, but it was never released.
