When I feel bloated I would describe the feeling feeling full, tight, and/or especially swollen in the abdomen. Sometimes it can even be super painful. Bloating is often accompanied by: pain excessive gas (flatulence) frequent burping or belching abdominal rumbling or gurgles Abdominal bloating can also make you not want to work or hang out with your friends because of the sluggish feeling it gives you. So bloating can be very detrimental physically but also mentally. Bloating is very normal, (everyone experiences it) but it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable and stop you from doing the things you love. Follow this 5 minute debloat walking workout to get rid of bloat, and if you’re still feeling the gas after this workout, follow the tips I have for you at the end to experience less bloat!
