POPCORN CHICKEN KFC style

Popcorn Chicken INGREDIENTS Boneless chicken-150 gm Egg- 1 piece Salt- 1 tsp Ginger paste-1/2 tsp Red chili powder-1 tsp Oil-3 cup Chili sauce-1 tsp All purpose flour-1 cup Cornflakes-1/2 cup METHOD Grind the cornflakes in mixer grinder Place it in a plate Mix a pinch of salt red chili powder & 1/2 tsp of ginger paste with egg Mix it well Mix salt & red chili powder with cornflakes & all purpose flour Coat chicken pieces with egg Place the pieces in all purpose flour For coating,do not use fingers. Try to use spoon for coating Coat with all purpose flour Place in another plate Mix excess all purpose flour with cornflakes Double coat the chicken pieces with egg & cornflakes Heat oil in a pan Fry the chicken pieces Fry until golden brown Serve with chili sauce
