VS the leader of the Libyans carries the sword to Italian leader Benito Mussolini who unsheathes it and raises it above his head as he sits on his horse. MS Libyan horsemen ride off in group. Tilt down tower to show Italian flags flying. VS as Il Duce parades in open car through streets of Tripoli. N.B. Item found in Unidentified Gazettes reel. May be from 1937.
