Cebo Dlamini Tribute (Bulls u/21) | The Most Dominant U/21 Prop In Rugby

I’ve been scouting Cebo Dlamini for some time now and he was the standout prop at u/21 level in 2021. The way he has dominated scrums for the Bulls u/21 team was a sight to behold. To give context, the Bulls did not have a good scrum, but every time Cebo was on the field, he dominated the tight head prop and created so many penalties for the Bulls who had no right to get penalties at scrum time. His best games were against Western Province, who had the best scrum in South Africa, and he absolutely destroyed his side of the scrum. I have no idea why nobody is talking about this kid but he is the future at loose head for the Bulls. They’ve been struggling for some time now at scrums and if I were them, I would start getting Cebo into the senior squad and prepare him to be their cornerstone at the loose head position. You simply won’t find a more dominant scrummager than Cebo, he’s just fun to watch when he gets stuck in at scrum time. I really think he has the potential to be special for a long time. Only t
