MGSV ETRT - 4 Minute Knife Only Fastest Undetected Run - S Rank Hard Mode, Best Ever!

Knife only execution of Glaz and Palitz, no interactions with other enemies. This is actually the first run at this method, and it completed successfully, and quite sweet. I did tackle this a bunch of other ways, unsuccessfully, but upon thinking of this method on the fly it turned out beautifully :)
