500g flour
300 ml water (1.5 cups)
15 ml oil (1.5 tablespoons)
10g salt (1 teaspoon)
12 g sugar
10 g fresh yeast
Mozzarella cheese
sesame seeds to sink
Mix 1/2 cup of molasses with 1 cup of water.
Preparation:
Knead the dough with the dough ingredients until it is smooth. Leave it to ferment. Divide it into pieces and let it rest for a while, then shape it as in the video. Turn the common parts upside down and press the inner part with your hand. Leave it on the tray to ferment. Bake the fermented dough in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and add mozzarella again. You can also add sausage or eggs. Put it back in the oven and cook until the mozarella and sausage are cooked.
