There are many diseases, about which X-rays, CT scans, ultrasound, MRI etc. are used to find out. All such work is done by medical imaging technologists. One can make a bright future in this field by pursuing the related courses. The demand for medical imaging specialists has increased steadily in the last few years due to the rapid development in the field of science and health.
Today, the work of a radiologist is not only limited to X-rays, but they also have to do MRI with CT scan. In addition, they also have to undergo radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cancer and tumor patients. Bachelor of Vocation in Radiology and Medical Imaging Technology ( RMIT) is a 3-year degree course in which the candidates learn about the Medical technology such as X-rays, CT scans, Ultrasound, MRI, etc.
