The sensational American soprano, Marilyn Zschau, was enormously popular in a variety of leading lady roles in Australia during the 1980s and 1990s. This was added to her important international career. She is heard here in Act I of Alfredo Catalani’s opera LORELEY in a performance from the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova. Marilyn Zschau performs the title role with Nicola Martinucci as Walter. The Orchestra e Coro del Teatro Carlo Felice is conducted by Gianadrea Gavazzeni in this performance from June 1993.
