Large rotating mesocyclone with consistent cloud-to-ground lightning along route 13 in Bridgeville, Delaware. Several transformers were struck in the vicinity, knocking power out to many. Reports of a person being struck near Redden Road in Bridgeville. Severe wind gusts 60-70 mph ongoing within the rotating mesocyclone.
