Full title reads: “Kent. ’Honour to whom ...’ The Chief Scout, beloved Lord Baden-Powell, receives Freedom of ancient city of Canterbury.“ Canterbury, Kent. Chief Scout Lord Robert Baden-Powell is driven onto a field amongst a gathering of cheering boy scouts. BP is greeted by various dignitaries. Scouts, Wolf Cubs, Girl Guides and Brownies parade with flags and run around the field. Baden Powell starts to make a speech (sound track cuts out).
