LEMAIRE in Seoul | Into Hannam Flagship Store

LEMAIRE has opened its first flagship store in Seoul on November 24th. « This space has a domestic dimension that blurs the boundaries between home and boutique, in harmony with our collections, which aim to enrich everyday life », share Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran on the two-story Korean house that hosts the flagship store. Set amidst a sprawling garden enclosed by a timeless brick wall, the boutique showcases local craftsmanship curated by LEMAIRE hand in hand with Korean architect and designer Lim Taehee from LTH Studio. Inside the boutique, lacquered furnishings and padded Nubi curtains coexist with LEMAIRE signature features such as Enzo Mari furniture, abaca mats and bejmat tiles. Brought together, these carefully chosen elements lend vernacular character to the spaces and create an intimate ambiance.
