Sicilian Sausage Rolls (Tomasini) | Food Wishes

This is my take on Sicilian sausage rolls, or as our Sicilian friends would call them, “tomasini.” These ricotta cheese and Italian sausage filled spirals may not be that authentic, but they are extremely delicious, and if you use some ready-made pizza dough, they are also very easy!
