The same applies to Wayne Bergeron, who played 1st trumpet on that score. It was composer Michael Giacchino’s first film and I was fortunate to hop onboard with Michael at that time. So, when the sequel was released in 2018, we were all excited to get another go-around. This new arrangement of Michael’s themes takes a few liberties but essentially creates the same “secret agent” vibe as in the films.
