Titles read: “And now Something for the LADIES! Feminine Pictorialities No. 20 - A Belt Novelty“. Location of events unknown - London? C/U of the silhouette of a woman’s head as she is smoking a cigarette. We then see a woman carefully unwrapping the cellophane from a packet of cigarettes. She cuts the wrapper down then folds it over several times and slots it into some other bits of folded cellophane she has made earlier - it gives a kind of honeycomb effect. M/S of belts and bracelets made in the same way - “from scrap - a cheap, attractive and useful hobby“. The woman models some of her creations and holds up another belt to admire.
