Kombucha mushrooms are edible

Kombucha mushrooms, or the Scoby is a pro biotic bacteria that is used to make Kombucha tea, and it is in fact edible. My brother grows his own Kombucha tea on the regular so let me know if you have any questions on brewing your own.
