Tasty Kerala Style Banana Snack Recipe - Banana Ada

Ingredients Banana - 7 nos Rice powder - 1/2 cup Cashe nut - 16 to 17 nos Raisins - 12 to 13 nos Grated coconut - 1 cup Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp Crushed cardamom - 3 to 4 nos Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp Method Heat water in a steamer and place the idli plates Now placed the banana and steam for 10 to 12 minutes Remove the lid and check whether the skin of the banana is starting to split in places. Remove the steamed banana and set aside Then peeled the cooked banana and set aside. Heat ghee in a pan add chopped cashewnut. Saute them well. Then add raisins and fry them well. Then add grated coconut and saute them well. Again, add the sugar and saute them well. Then add crushed cardamom and saute them well. Remove from fire and set aside.
