Originating from Canada and the Czech Republic, Avenue One is the brainchild of Matt Cerf and Petr Leško; two producers that united through a shared love for music and their deep-seated connections in the electronic scene. Matt and talented vocalist Jaren previously released trance staple ‘Man On The Run’ with Dash Berlin in 2009, under their earlier group alias Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren; a widely renowned track with millions of streams to date. Matt and Petr first joined forces in 2012. They made their Anjunabeats debut in 2022 on our Rising EP series with ‘Upstairs Terrace’, which featured in the Anjunabeats Volume 16 compilation, before releasing their debut album ‘Outside My Door’ later that year. Following on from Avenue One’s recent single ‘Days & Nights’, which has amassed over 250K streams and gained support from Grigoré, Paul Oakenfold, Giuseppe Ottaviani and more, ‘My Way Home’ is a progressive anthem with a hard-hitting bassline and mesmerising vocals.
