Canadian Snowbirds 50th Season Debut - Back Side of the Box!

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds kick off their 50th show season with a performance at the 2021 Yankee Air Museum Evening Airshow at Willow Run airport near Detroit, Michigan. This footage was filmed from the back side of the aerobatic box, offering a unique perspective of the routine. In order to comply with COVID mandates, the team staged from Windsor, Ontario and flew approximately 25 miles to perform at Willow Run, then returned to Windsor. Unfortunately Snowbird 3 was not able to fly during the weekend due to an injury.
