Pedal Scopic Sounds EPISODE 24: RPS Effects Arcade Machine PLL Synth (Effect used on Guitar & Bass) For this episode, the brilliant machine in question is @rpseffects Arcade Machine. It’s a massive PLL synth engine with 5 octaves of crushing square wave tone, and a tuneable harmony with all 11 possible intervals. While that’s enough to make mayhem for days, there is also built in modulation, a handy gate control, and an expression jack for controlling the harmony interval on the fly. From absolutely crushing riffs, to some strangely haunting rhythmic possibilities, it’s a machine that rewards exploration.
