Christopher Paolini—Hand-Writing Brisingr

Christopher often takes a break from the computer to write his books by hand. In this video, he shows how he did that for Brisingr. Visit for information on his latest project. Transcript: I wrote a good chunk of each of the books in the Inheritance Cycle by hand: the first sixty or so pages of Eragon, the last sixty to seventy pages of Eldest. But Brisingr, the third book, I actually wrote almost half of that book by hand. I found that it was easier to keep myself moving forward
