Waxahatchee is an indie project from Philadelphia, PA. Since this was filmed in 2016, Katie Crutchfield has only continued to hone her mammoth skills as a songwriter and musician, most recently on her excellent album Tigers Blood. Named after Waxahatchee Creek in Alabama, Birmingham is always welcoming when Katie and Allison come back to where they started The Ackleys years ago. And we loved capturing this electrifying set during their Ivy Tripp tour.
