Ingredients for the dough
Eggs - 2 should be at a room temperature
Melted butter (warm) - 1/2 cup (125 grams)
Mountain yogurt - 1/2 cup (125 grams) - make sure it is not too cold, should be at a room temperature
A pinch of salt
Flour - 1.5 cups
Spread melted butter on the dough before rolling
After rolling add some melted butter on the baklavas
Let it dry for 30 minutes then put it in the warm oven
Cook at - 176 at Celsius which is 350 at Fahrenheit
For the syrup
Water - 1 cup (250 grams)
