Gobhi Paratha, also known as “Cauliflower Paratha,“ is a popular Indian flatbread made by stuffing whole wheat dough with a spiced cauliflower filling. It’s a delicious and wholesome dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. #gobhiparatha #paratharecipe #easyrecipe Ingredient Quantity Cauliflower (grated) 1 no Whole coriander seeds 1 tbsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green Chilli chopped 3-4 no Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp Black salt ¼ tsp Garam masala (optional) ½ tsp Wheat flour 2 cup Carom seeds ½ tsp Red Chilli powder (optional) ½ tsp Oil 1 tbsp Chat masala (optional) ½ tsp Salt to taste Water as per required Method Take a large mixing bowl, add cauliflower, salt, whole coriander, cumin seeds, ginger, green Chilli, fresh coriander, black salt and garam masala mix well. Leave for 2 min For the dough add in a bowl wheat flour, carom seeds add salt and water. Knead proper and tight dough and leave for rest 10 min minimum Make small roti and stuff the filling in the roti and pinch properly and roll the round paratha Fry the paratha on medium flame add some oil or ghee, sprinkle paratha on top red Chilli powder and chat masala Serve the garmaa garam gobhi paratha ready!
