Last week we fabricated a full set of custom headers to route our ’65 Continental exhaust from our Godzilla engine, around our steering shaft, and past our firewall. Now it’s time to work our way to the back of the Continental. We have to start first by cutting out the trunk of this 1965 Lincoln because we have something wild planned for the very end of this exhaust run.
Once the trunk is chopped out, we can start working our way from our headers back. We’re connecting our band clamps to two massively long Vibrant oval exhaust pipes. These will run the length of the Continental until getting to our differential, where we’re using some bent Vibrant oval piping to pop over our rear end and into our trunk area. And that’s where the real fun begins.
We have an insane Vibrant muffler that we’re throwing right where our spare tire used to be, connecting both sides of our exhaust, and combining them into an exhaust tip that’s shooting right through our custom fabricate
