An early 17th century setting of a beautiful 16th Century Irish song. Performed by Nuada on lute and harp at St. George’s Church in Carrick on Shannon, County Leitrim, Ireland on 26th April, 2013. As part of the Carrick 400 celebrations Nuada, as a duo of Sam Burke and Ferris Jay, performed a full programme of music from 1613, interspersed with a smattering of wit and wisdom from the time.
