Yoga, Dancing Warrior Sequence

A short Yoga sequence of standing poses called “Dancing Warrior“ to strengthen, energize and open up the body. We flow from Downward Dog into Warrior I into Side Angle pose, Reversed Angle and to Triangle Pose.
