Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Paris, the latest stop on a tour of European capitals. He’s been meeting with President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace. Zelenskyy is seeking support for his plans to win the war with Russia. Earlier, he held talks with the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in London. They were joined by the new NATO chief Mark Rutte. Zelenskyy is trying to secure promises of military assistance before next month’s US elections. It’s feared aid from the US could dry up if Donald Trump wins the White House.
