Join here: Anyway, on with the video… — Client retention is everything. There is no point in signing clients if you struggle to keep them. One of the most important aspects of client retention is having a world class support system. Many agencies believe that retention is solely centred around delivering great results. Whilst this is somewhat true, it isn’t the only thing that plays a part. Having a solid support system goes an extremely long way, to the point where even if you aren’t delivering the desired results, a world class support system can keep clients for longer that you’d expect. So it’s important to shift your perspective from delivering great results in order to retain clients, to delivering a great SERVICE. This not only includes delivering excellent results but a great client experience as well.
