Sour cream 20% 100 g Butter 100 g Baking powder 1/2 tsp. Curd filling: Cottage cheese 5% 250 g Sugar substitute erythritol 1 scoop Egg white 1 pc. Starch – 1 tbsp. Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp. Yolk for greasing Mix flour with baking powder. Grind flour with cold butter until crumbs form. Add sugar, salt, sour cream and egg. Knead soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. For the filling: add sweetener or sugar to the cottage cheese, 1 egg white and 1 tbsp. l. starch. If you see that the filling is liquid, add a little more starch or flour. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll into a round cake. Place the filling on one part and cover with the other half of the dough. Place the juices on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a Teflon mat. Grease with yolk.
