Eco-Dyed and Printed Silk Scarves

These 2 silk scarves were dyed solid colors first with natural plant dyes. Next I rolled leaves up tightly in them on a dowel rod and put them in a steamer for an hour or so. I’ve just taken them out of the steamer to see what happened in there as the leaves reacted with the dye and silk!!!
