Can a neutral country, in good conscience, support sanctions? Today, I am discussing this and the erosion of Austrian neutrality with Prof. Dr. Heinrich Wohlmeyer, and he has strong words: Sanctions are economic warfare! Neutral countries should in no way participate in sanctions against any third state, no matter who is calling for them.
