The seventh session of 1992’s European Weightlifting Championships; the 90 kg’s category. The Championships was hold in Szekszárd, Hungary. As a surprise Anatoly Khrapaty’s registration was withdrawed and he didn’t compete there. BUT there was a new competitor for the Unified Team... Kakhi Kakhiashvili. It was his first international competition as senior. He came, made 400kg total and won. Then, the rest is history (3X olympic champion). Timing, results are below.
