Syrian Ministry of Defence: Units of our armed forces operating in the direction of Kafranbel in Idlib southern countryside responded with appropriate force and fire to a fierce attack launched by terrorist groups yesterday evening. The attack was launched at Iftar time, in large numbers, in conjunction with heavy rocket fire on our military points. Our forces thwarted the attack, leaving dozens dead and wounded among the attacking terrorists, destroying their weapons and equipment, and retrieved a number of their bodies. A unit of our armed forces also responded to a terrorist group’s attack on one of our military points in Aleppo northern countryside, leaving its members dead and wounded, while managing to arrest one of its attack in Al-Naqoura targeted a café where civilians were sitting.
