HIGA MONSTER (Animal Pak CAGE 2011-Las Vegas)

This was my demo at the CAGE this year. I wanted to just show that lifting stones pressing kegs are great tools to add to your lifting regimen. The atlas stone weighed 250 lbs, and the keg was 230 lbs.
