These are two back extension exercises. The first focuses on thoracic spine extension. The t spine can be hard to isolate but this will help you start engaging the muscles of the thoracic spine. The second exercise is for full back extension. It is referred to as the camel in yoga. This exercises stretches the whole front part of the body including chest, rib cage, abs, hip flexors, quads. These back extension exercises can be great if you get any back pain from too much spine flexion. These back pain stretches will help you stretch and engage the correct muscles.
