School children are assembled outside Buckingham Palace to witness the Jubilee State drive of George V. most are sitting and drinking milk. 3000 gallons of milk was provided. Strolling amongst them was Mr Walter Elliot (Minister for Agriculture) and Mr Ramsbottom. Groups of girls drinking milk, others are waving. The King and Queen are driven out of Buckingham Palace in the State horse and carriage to the applause of a mass of children. They drive to Marylebone Town Hall and meet the Mayor.
