Recently, my beloved colleagues gave me a present: a mute, played by one of the greatest trumpet players in the history of trumpet playing, Professor Raymond Sabarich, the founder of the modern trumpet school in France. This mute was also played by Maurice André, Yves Couëffé and Marc Bauer among others.
