Welcome to your 20 min strong yoga flow. This class is great for intermediate to advanced practitioners and focuses on arm balances, hip openers, twists and standing balances. Today’s class includes a sequence of poses centred around building strength with controlled movements that require full focus. The practice invites you to move slowly, with awareness while finding a sense of strength and control as we pair each movement with the breath.
