1KW LDMOS POWER AMPLIFIER

I have completed the 1KW version of the power amplifier. I changed the movement of the power and swr meter indicators, maybe they move more realistically now. I have also integrated a Wi-Fi module, so the amplifier can now be controlled remotely via the internet. The power amplifier includes 4 MRF300 LDMOS FETs and several built-in sensors. The amplifier also contains several types of protection functions (too high current, too high swr, too high temperature, etc.). Now I work on a 2KW power amplifier with 2 pieces MRFX1K80 !!!
