Empanadas recipe

Today I show you how to make Empanadas, a traditional streetfood popular in South America, with a rich filling of meat, onions, peppers, hard-boiled egg peas and potatoes. Try them! Recipe: For the dough: Flour 00 210g cold water 100g butter 50g white vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt For the filling: ground meat 200g peppers 150g onion 1 tomato puree 50g boiled potatoes 1 peas 50g hard-boiled eggs 1 green olives 20g oil paprika oregano salt pepper Combine flour, salt, vinegar and sugar in a bowl, then add the cold butter in pieces and pinch with your fingers until you have a sandy mixture, now pour in the cold water and knead until smooth and homogeneous, cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
