Joe Sobran’s Defense Against Anti-Semitism Charges - 1986
From CSPAN’s video archive, the video is entitled The Sobran Scandal and it aired on July 14, 1986. Joe Sobran, then editor at National Review, defends himself against accusations from the Jewish establishment and its lackeys that his views on Israel were “anti-semitic.“ Seven years later, in 1993, he was fired by William F. Buckley for engaging in “contextual anti-semitism.“ In other words, to his credit, Sobran failed to be sufficiently obedient to Jewish interests.
