Rome, Italy. In the Hall of Honour of the Palace of Cigi (sp?) Lord Perth is seen signing the Anglo-Italian Pact on behalf of Britain. Mussolini’s son-in-law, the Foreign Minister Count Galeazzo Ciano, signs on behalf of Italy. The pact concerns the Mediterranean sea routes so Egypt’s Minister Mustafal Sarec Bey (sp?) also signs it.
