Isaiah 37 - You Alone Are God || Bible in Song || Project of Love

I remember when I read the Bible for the first time with open eyes and open ears, almost 5 years ago. After I had just surrendered my life to Jesus. I was so very deeply moved reading about Jesus giving up His life for me. So I could be free. And be truly alive. And both things HAD just happened in fact. Free from depression, free from addictions, free from the grip death had had on me all those years and for the first time I felt really alive. What’s more, I was grateful to be alive. So many times I had wished that I was dead, or in fact had tried and thought about ending my life. And here I was, totally redeemed and enjoying life! Inhaling life with deep breaths. What had I done to deserve this? And here was Jesus. Never done anything wrong in His life. The source of Life, of Love. Healing and loving people wherever He went. And now hanging on a cross. For the very people that mocked Him, spat on Him, tortured Him, laughed at Him. The pain was too great to I could feel His loneliness. He was abandoned. By His friends, His family, His father which He had never been separated from in His entire life. Abandoned, a black, thick cloud of demons screaming, laughing and mocking Him, no doubt. I could feel His pain, His sorrow, His grief.. and I remember I stood up in faith, before the cross, in the midst of all the people ridiculing Him. And I started worshiping Him. Glorifying Him. Praising Him. Proclaiming who He was. Prince of Peace, Wonderful Counselor, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Yeshua, Son of the living God. And now I have the song to back it up. The words of Isaiah 37.. Join me this Good Friday in worshiping our beautiful Jesus. Let our voices thunder in unison and drown out every shrill shrieking demon and every hateful, mocking voice as we sing: “You are God, the only God there is, God of all kingdoms on earth. You made heaven and earth..(..) Let all the kingdoms of earth know that You and You alone are God.” 🙌🔥❤️ (Isaiah 37:15, 16 and 20 (MSG) --- EVERY FRIDAY A NEW SONG!
