Bushido Mon Autumn Camp 2022. P.3

In 3 methodical videos, fragments of training and testing of participants of the Interregional Bushido Mon Autumn Camp 2022 (IFK, Russia) with Shihan Victor Fomin are presented. More than 50 representatives of Moscow and the Moscow region, Volgograd, Rostov and Penza regions, the Republics of Mordovia and Karachay-Cherkessia took part in the Camp. Part 3 presents methods of mastering special techniques in renraku for 8 kyu, as well as particular elbow strikes from the 4 kyu program with accompanying explanations of their combat use.
